There is a $10 flat rate shipping and handling fee for all orders within Canada.
We offer free shipping within Canada for certain products and special promotions.
There is a $30 flat rate shipping and handling fee for all orders to Hong Kong.
Please contact us for all other international order inquiries.
An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped.
Delivery and Delivery Times
Please note that no shipment will be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 2 business days once your payment is approved. An email notification will be sent once the item(s) is shipped. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the day after we ship your order for all Canadian orders.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during statutory holidays. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Returns & exchange
Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our return and exchange policy:
- There are no returns
- Exchange can only be made for defective item(s)
- Sales, discounted, and promotional item(s) are not eligible for exchange
- Exchange is only possible if we still have the product in stock
- Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description
Should you wish to exchange the item(s) purchased, please refer to the criteria guideline above and contact us within 15 days from the purchase date. No exchanges will be accepted after this date. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we authorize your exchange request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Evaluation process may take up to 5 business days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Your exchange request will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Therefore, it is recommended that the customer take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange.
Upon dispute, Woof Hut reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange.
