Order

You are not required to register at Woof Hut when purchasing from our Site. You have an option to checkout as a guest. Logging in allows your address information to be saved on file for your convenience at checkout during future purchases.

 

Payment

All pricing on our Site and invoices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is an all-in-one payment solution, which allows customers to purchase using credit cards or PayPal account balances. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a payment under PayPal.

When providing credit card information, you must be the registered cardholder.

All payments are subject to verification and review by Woof Hut. We reserve the right to refuse processing any transaction due to unauthorized or suspected fraud or illegal activity.

Items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

All subscription plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime by contacting us.

 

Order Confirmation

If the payment is approved, it will automatically direct you back to our Site and you will receive an order confirmation via your provided email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.

If you have any difficulties when placing an order or did not receive any email regarding order confirmation, please contact us.

 

Declined Payment

Your payment may be declined for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect card details
  • Incorrect security code
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us upon receiving the order confirmation.  We are only able to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the order via our returning process, please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
